Abstract
The embodiments of the present application provide a corn fiber processing system and a wet mill corn starch processing system using the same. The corn fiber processing system comprises a press-bending sieve group, a fiber washing sump group, an enzyme preparation adding device and an external enzyme reaction tank, wherein the external enzyme reaction tank is used to receive screen overflow from a pressure-bent screen midstage or fiber slurry into a fiber wash sump midstage and provide a site for enzymatic reaction, thereby extending the reaction time of enzyme participation. In addition, the reaction efficiency of the enzyme preparation can be further improved by controlling the concentration of dry fiber substance in the external enzyme reaction tank.
