Abstract
Examples of the present application provide a corn fiber treatment system and a corn wet-ground starch treatment system using the same. The corn fiber treatment system comprises: a group of pressure curve filters, a group of fiber washing tanks, an enzyme agent addition device and an external enzyme reaction tank. An external enzyme reaction tank is used to receive the material above the strainer of the medium pressure curved strainer or the fiber slurry from the medium fiber wash tank and provide a site for the enzyme reaction, increasing the reaction time for reactions involving enzymes. In addition, the reaction efficiency of the enzyme preparation can be further improved by controlling the concentration of the fiber drying material in the external enzyme reaction tank.
