Abstract
The utility model provides a kind of zein fiber processing system and the corn wet milling starch processing system using it, the zein fiber processing system includes: pressure curved sieve group, fibre washing bath group, enzyme preparation adding set and external enzyme reaction tank, wherein, the external enzyme reaction tank improves the reaction time that enzyme participates in for receiving the fibre stuff in intergrade fibre washing bath and providing enzyme reaction place.The zein fiber processing system, which can be also equipped with, sieves lower wash water isocon, for wash water under distributary division sub-sieve, to control the dry matter concentration of fibre stuff in the external enzyme reaction tank.
