Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for reducing HCl emissions from a cement plant based on a preheater (1) and/or treatment of a bypass gas stream, wherein the raw cement dust as HCl absorbent is dispersed in the gas stream(s) from which the HCl is to be removed. ; The cement raw material is introduced from the raw material mill 6 and/or the hangar 8 into a pipe with an upward gas flow; The pipe is characterized in that it is arranged in fluid communication at a point in the bypass line behind the gas conditioning tower (7) and/or before the particle filter unit (5) and/or before the particle filter (4).
