Abstract
A fluid control device (1), in particular as part of a hydraulic steering unit, is described, the control device (1) comprising a housing (2) with a supply connection arrangement, an outer slide (4) which is rotatably arranged in a bore in the housing (2) , an inner slide (3) which is rotatably arranged in the outer slide (4) and has a measuring motor, the measuring motor having a plurality of working chambers, each working chamber being connected to the bore, the outer slide (4) having a commutation geometry ( 7) has a first division and, together with a housing geometry (5) of the housing, controls a flow of hydraulic fluid into and out of the working chambers and the inner slide (3) has an inner slide geometry (14) which, together with a valve geometry (17, 11) of the outer slide (4) a flow of hydraulic fluid between the supply connection arrangement and the commutation geo Such a fluid control device should have a stable control behavior. For this purpose, the valve geometry (10, 11) has a second division that differs from the first division.
