On-site system and method for performing visual and auditory communication using the same

Systems in the field and methods of performing visual and auditory communications using the same are disclosed. The system is configured for visual and auditory communication between one or more live participants and one or more remote participants. The system includes an audio/video (AV) system. The AV system includes an audio component for audio transmission and a video component for video transmission. The AV system is configured to provide video feeds from a live site. The AV system is configured to connect to a unified communications cloud server for enabling/executing a cloud communication service. The system includes a function service software embedded in the AV system. The functional service software is configured to control a plurality of functions of the video feed to generate a processed video feed. The processed video feed from the live is configured to be provided to the remote participant via a cloud communication service.
