Abstract

A kind of bayonet type shaft coupling, for cutter (1) installation extremely to be processed to the drive shaft (2) of unit.Drive shaft (2) is connected to cutter (1) by bayonet type shaft coupling, and bayonet type shaft coupling includes two shaft coupling parts.One shaft coupling part is equipped with accommodation groove (5), the engagement tabs (7) on another shaft coupling part.The accommodation groove (5) has first segment (10), first segment (10) is parallel to rotary shaft extension, second segment (the 8,9) relative rotation axi (16) of accommodation groove laterally, preferably vertically extends, so that can drive cutter by the engagement of bayonet type shaft coupling.Bayonet type shaft coupling the difference is that, the second segment (8,9) of accommodation groove extends in the two sides of first segment, to form T shape accommodation groove, the bayonet type coupling design has at least one locking auricle (12) with barb (13), for being engaged with corresponding tooth (11), once being just engaged by locking so that cutter rotates by locking auricle (12) and the engagement of tooth (11) to establish.This generates a kind of bayonet type shaft coupling, no matter cutter, which with which direction rotates it and can enter, is engaged by locking, so that higher safety is realized, because the risk that cutter (1) falls off during use is minimized.
