Abstract

A method (100,300,400) for sizing holes in a fish fillet product (3,803) is presented, the method comprising the step of obtaining (102) three-dimensional profile data of a first region of the fish fillet product. and obtaining (104) optical image data of a second region of the fish fillet product, wherein the first region and the second region overlap at least in the overlapping region, and the first region and the second region overlap in at least the overlapping region, and sizing (106) a hole in the fish fillet product based on the dimensional profile data and the optical image data in the overlapping region.
