Abstract

The present invention relates to, for example, colon cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, head and neck cancer, bladder cancer, endometrial cancer, by administering an antibody-drug conjugate that binds to tissue factor (TF). Provided are methods and compositions for treating cancers such as esophageal cancer and prostate cancer. The present invention is also used in TF for use in the treatment of cancers (eg, colon cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, head and neck cancer, bladder cancer, endometrial cancer, esophageal cancer, and prostate cancer). Provided are manufactured articles and compositions comprising said antibody-drug conjugate to which it binds.
