Roof window

The application discloses a roof window (1). The roof window (1) comprises an operating assembly, the operating assembly (5) comprising a window frame fitting (55), a spindle part (52) having a spindle (521), the spindle (521) being connected to the socket fitting (51) via a nut part (53), the window frame fitting (55) being connected to the bottom window frame member (34) and the socket fitting (51) being connected to the bottom frame member (24) in an installed state of the operating assembly such that the bottom window frame member (34) moves relative to the bottom frame member (24) upon rotation of the spindle part (52) relative to the nut part (53). In the supplied state of the roof window (1), the window frame fitting (55) is connected to the bottom window frame member (34) of the roof window (1), and the main shaft portion (52) and the nut portion (53) and the socket fitting (51) are provided separately from the roof window (1).
