Abstract

The invention relates to a fluid film bearing (2) for a rotor hub (3) of a wind turbine (1), comprising a first portion (10) and a second portion (11) rotatably coupled to each other about a longitudinal axis. According to the invention, the first part (10) comprises an annular first sliding surface (14), the annular first sliding surface (14) extending along the first part (10) in the circumferential direction of the fluid film bearing (2). In addition, the second portion (11) comprises a support structure (18) and a first set of bearing pads (12, 13), the first set of bearing pads (12, 13) being coupled to the support structure (18) and having bearing pad sliding surfaces (17), the bearing pad sliding surfaces (17) being configured to slide on the first sliding surfaces (14). In addition, the fluid film bearing (2) further comprises a seal (19) arranged between the first part (10) and the second part (11).
