Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a window installation system comprising a kit of parts for protecting a window frame during installation of a window. The window frame has a top frame member (300), a bottom frame member (200), a first side frame member (100) and a second side frame member (100), the top frame member (300), the bottom frame member (200), the first side frame member (100) and the second side frame member (100) defining a central opening, the kit of parts comprising a bottom protective member (11) and at least one side protective member (12, 13), wherein the at least one side protective member is configured to be connected to the bottom protective member, thereby forming a protective unit (10).
