Abstract

A guiding tool for a surface modifying apparatus and a modifying means guiding tool for a surface modifying apparatus (24), comprising a body (12) having a front base portion (13) and a rear base portion (14), the front base portion (13) and the rear base portion (14) being connected by at least one connecting portion (17) of the body (12), wherein the body (12) presents a recess (15) on a bottom side (16) between the front base portion (13) and the rear base portion (14), wherein the body (12) comprises a fixture (19) on a top side (18) of the body (12) opposite the recess (15), wherein a surface modifying apparatus (24) is mountable to the fixture (19) such that a movable modifying tool (28) of the surface modifying apparatus (24) is located in the recess (15) between the front base portion (13) and the rear base portion (14).
