Abstract

Disclosed herein are elastomeric silicone compositions comprising at least a first glycerin phase and a second glycerin phase that are different from each other, and methods of making the same. The elastomeric composition is particular in that zero order active release can be reversibly achieved by varying the glycerin content of the silicone composition.
