Abstract
The present invention relates to a kind of novel compressing yeast for being directly inoculated with the fermentation (such as fermentation for beverage such as grape wine or beer) of fruit or plant substrates.Especially, the present invention relates to the compressed years that the dry matter content of preferred frozen form is 35% to 90% (w/w), by using the compressed years be directly inoculated with fruit or plant substrates the container that produces the method for fermented beverage and include the compressed years.
