Abstract
This invention relates to a system and a method for the grading of sliced food products, for finding foreign objects and/or for determining the quality grade of each slice in real-time during the slicing process using vision technology including image analysis, optionally combined with the use of machine learning and/or the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI).
