Abstract
It is a known technique that by adding extra metal to the bottom of a cooking vessel/pot, you can increase the surface of the bottom so that heat absorption increases. The novelty of this creation is that a circular metal rib is placed on the bottom. This rib is bent so that open isosceles triangles are formed when it is placed on the cooking vessel/pan. The rib is placed on the cooking vessel in such a way that open isosceles triangular channels appear via the isosceles triangles. This helps to ensure that most of the heat flow goes directly into the boiler, and that the heat supply to the boiler increases further. Practical effects: A. Reduces food preparation time. B. Reduces energy consumption for cooking (up to 40%), C. Benefits the environment. D. Reduces the energy to the surroundings (better working environment. E. Cookware with this rib is also easier to cool again (An advantage when, for example, making sauce)"
