The application proposes a cleaning device and a cleaning method, the cleaning device comprising a main body; a brush disc (2), the brush disc (2) being rotatably connected to the main body; a front nozzle (3), wherein the front nozzle (3) is arranged at the front side of the brush disc (2), the liquid sprayed from the front nozzle (3) can wet a cleaning area at the front side of the brush disc (2), and the front nozzle (3) can form a diffused water flow distributed along the straight advancing direction of the cleaning equipment; and the brush disc water outlet is arranged on the brush disc (2), and liquid sprayed from the brush disc water outlet can wet a cleaning area below the brush disc (2).
