INTELLIGENT WELDING DEVICE FOR UNDERASSEMBLY OF SHIP BLOCKS

An intelligent welding apparatus for underfitting ship blocks is provided, including a bracket in which an automatic feed roller table is mounted on the bracket, and a gantry apparatus capable of moving horizontally along the automatic feed roller table is movably connected to two longitudinal sides of the bracket ; the gantry apparatus includes a gantry, a welding system, a mechanical arm walking mechanism and a pair of mechanical arms movably connected to the mechanical arm walking mechanism; a structural sub-unit element is disposed on the automatic feed roller table opposite a front surface of the gantry; laser line scanning sensors for positioning the structural sub-unit element in a first step are located on the gantry; laser point sensors for positioning the structural sub-unit element in a second stage are located on the mechanical arms; welding gun holders are located and connected to the ends of the mechanical arms; and the welding system includes control cabinets and welding wire barrels that are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the gantry in a width direction. The welding of initial sub-assemblies and complex sub-assemblies, including flat edge welding, vertical edge welding and all-round edge welding, can be carried out automatically in a unified process, so that the damage caused by welding gas to a human body is reduced, and the welding process is stable in speed and efficient, so that welding wires are saved.
