USING TAP GESTURES TO CONTROL HEARING AID FUNCTIONALITY

A method, in particular performed by at least one hearing device, a hearing device, a binaural hearing system, a hearing system, and a computer program are disclosed. The method comprises: detecting at least one first motion signal of at least one hearing device; pre-processing the at least one first motion signal for obtaining at least one first pre-processed signal based on the motion signal; determining the amplitude and duration of the at least one first pre-processed signal; and determining at least one tap gesture based on the amplitude and duration of the first pre-processed signal.
