CONVERSION OF H2 AND OFF-GAS CONTAINING CO2 TO SYNFUELS

A process is provided for producing a hydrocarbon product stream in a hydrocarbon plant. The hydrocarbon plant comprises a reverse water gas shift (RWGS) unit (I), and a second feed comprising carbon dioxide to said reverse water gas shift (RWGS) unit (I). The second feed is a process off-gas containing less than 75 % CO₂ and is the sole carbon dioxide- containing feed to said reverse water gas shift (RWGS) unit (I).
