BIOSENSOR FOR DETECTION OF TSH LEVELS

The present disclosure relates an electrochemical biosensor system for measuring concentrations of an analyte (thyroid-stimulating hormone, TSH) in a fluid, the system comprising an electrochemical sensor having a working electrode having a binding agent attached to its surface (peptide comprising binding motif for TSH having sequences derived from or similar to thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR)). The present disclosure further relates to uses of such biosensor, and methods of measuring with said biosensor in a sample to be analysed.
