BROAD SCREENING OF METABOLITES

A diagnostic microarray plate for detecting or quantifying multiple metabolites (e.g. hormones, vitamins, salts, sterols and/or triglycerides) from a biofluid sample of a subject. The plate comprises liposomal nanoparticles and aptamers or nanobodies specific for the metabolites of interest. A reporter material induces a colorimetric change that is visible by absorbance or fluorescence spectroscopy or a chemical that changes color through a redox reaction.
