The invention relates to a ventilation device, in particular a tracheostomy cannula or an endotracheal tube, comprising a cannula tube, an inflatable cuff, a cuff airway and a voice airway, the voice airway having an air outlet in the region between the stoma and the cuff, and the voice airway, in the region of the stoma portion and/or the tracheal portion, is at least to some extent formed by a film arranged on the outer face of the cannula tube defining a variable lumen for passing voice air through.
