Abstract
The present invention relates to a modified peptide-oligonucleotide conjugates (POC) composed of a cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) conjugated to an antisense oligonucleotide. The POC is able to regulate gene expression in the target cells and can thus be used in treatment of different disease such as bacterial infections and cancer.
