Disclosed herein is a sleeping bag for therapeutic treatment comprising a therapeutic material (150) which adapt to the body of the user and exert a sporadic pressure on the body of the user, wherein the therapeutic material (150) is selected from the group of:

-substantially spherical objects;

-fibre strips;

-granulate, such as granulate made from glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, peas, beans, lenses, or similar;

-substantially ring-formed objects;

-chains, e.g. polymeric and/or metal objects connected to form a chain.
